15 or 30 hour funding codes - January 2025

If your child is due to start at our nursery from January 2025 and you think as a working parent you are eligible for 2 year old funding (15 hours term time) or 30 hours of nursery funding for 3 and 4 year olds, you MUST apply for your code before 31st December 2024 to ensure your funding can start from 1st January 2025. However, we will need to check codes before the end of the Autumn term so please let us have your code asap.

You should apply for your code even if you don’t think at this stage you want to use it. Things might change and the code is only valid from the term after you apply.

For example:

• Apply for your code and receive it by 31st December 2024 - use it from 1st January 2025 onwards
• Apply for your code and receive it by  31st March 2025 – use it from 1st April 2025 onwards

2 Year Old Funding

Families with children aged two years old, who meet the eligibility criteria, are entitled to a maximum of 15 hours of free Early Education and Childcare per week. This entitlement applies to Wandsworth borough childcare providers for 38 weeks of the year from the term after their child’s second birthday.  This will run up to the point when they are eligible for the 3 year old funding (term after their third birthday).

Nursery Fees and Funding, Invoices and School lunches

Below is a chart of all the sessions we currently offer with the fees and funding information attached. Nursery invoices are emailed to parents usually within the first week of the month  (except september - invoices will be sent after the staggered start week) Payment is always expected within 10 days of receiving invoice. School lunches are only payable via ParentPay, you will recieve an activation letter to create an account after your child's staggered start week.
